2 8-ounce packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
¼ cup bell pepper (finely diced)
2 tablespoon onion (finely diced)
2 teaspoons season salt
2 cups walnuts (finely chopped)
Mix first five ingredients with 1 cup of the nuts. Form into two logs. Roll logs in remaining nuts. Chill for at least two hours prior to serving.
